Aside from a marketing career in the corporate world, I also taught fitness and Pilates. My goal was to seek in-depth knowledge of how the body functions. Due to an extensive amount of traveling and responsibilities that came hand in hand with the international positions, my body stopped functioning. This lead to an emergency back surgery and much time spent in hospital beds reflecting and reading... my story
